How do you showcase the diversity of a global airline’s employees while maintaining authenticity? This internal campaign for Delta Airlines brought the stories of its workforce to life through dynamic environmental portraits.
Over five days across two states, we captured 18 unique scenarios, highlighting Delta’s brand ambassadors in action. From the tarmac and JetBridge to the Sky Club and a grounded Airbus A321, each location told a new story. Intricate lighting setups simulated day and night inside the aircraft during an overnight shoot. At Delta’s Operational Control Center, we captured tech-focused employees in their element.
This technically complex project required seamless logistics, storytelling expertise, and technical precision. The resulting imagery reflects Delta’s commitment to inclusion and excellence, bringing authentic employee moments to the forefront.
